What We Believe

God
We believe in one God who has revealed Himself as Father in creation, through His Son Jesus Christ in redemption, and as the Holy Spirit working in the church and the lives of believers.
Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man, born of a virgin, crucified for our sins, raised bodily from the dead, and exalted as Lord and Savior.
Sin and Salvation
We believe all humanity needs salvation and that redemption is available only through the grace of God and the saving work of Jesus Christ.
Repentance
We believe repentance is a sincere turning away from sin and toward God in faith and obedience.
Water Baptism
We believe in water baptism by immersion in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, according to the biblical pattern.
The Holy Spirit
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit and in the continuing work, gifts, power, and presence of the Spirit in the church.
Christian Living
We believe followers of Jesus are called to live holy, loving, faithful, and Spirit-led lives that reflect the character of Christ.
The Church
We believe the church is the body of Christ, called to worship, teach, disciple, serve, evangelize, and demonstrate the love of God.
Healing and Prayer
We believe God still hears prayer, heals, restores, delivers, and works miraculously according to His will.
Resurrection and Eternity
We believe in the bodily resurrection, eternal life for those who belong to Christ, final judgment, and the promised return of Jesus Christ.
